What happens after you leave your details
- A Pregnicare representative calls you back during working hours.
- We go through your week of pregnancy, the difference between Basic and Advanced, and what fits you.
- If you want to go ahead, we arrange a blood draw at a centre or at home, and check your refund eligibility first.
When we answer
Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00. Friday, 08:30 to 12:00. If you leave your details in the evening or over the weekend, we call back on Sunday morning.
What not to write in the form
The form is for contact details only. Medical information is collected in the call or through a secure form, under the privacy policy. Test results are never sent over an open link.
Getting results
The answer is delivered securely and in an orderly way, never through an open link or an ordinary WhatsApp message. If you receive a message asking you for medical details through a channel you do not recognise, do not reply to it and talk to us.
Which languages we speak
Hebrew and English. The same representatives answer in both, so you will reach a person who knows your case either way.
